Lingerie Size Guide: Lace vs Satin
Clear sizes, no mystery materials: everything you need to get it right first time.
To get your lingerie size right, go by your usual clothing size within the S–XL range and, if you're between two, size up in fitted lace. At Muuah we advise you on WhatsApp before you confirm, so there are no surprises. Here's the quick reference plus the difference between lace and satin.
How do I choose my lingerie size?
Start from the clothing size you usually wear. This approximate conversion helps:
| Size | Roughly equals |
|---|---|
| S | EU 36–38 · UK 8–10 |
| M | EU 38–40 · UK 10–12 |
| L | EU 40–42 · UK 12–14 |
| XL | EU 42–44 · UK 14–16 |
It's an approximate guide — every body is different. If you're between two sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll tell you which fits best.
What's the difference between lace and satin?
Lace is textured, sheer and romantic; satin is smooth, softly lustrous and flattering under fitted clothes. Neither is better — it depends on the look and feel you want.
- Lace: editorial, romantic feel, ideal for two-piece or multi-piece sets.
- Satin: cool to the touch with a smooth drape, perfect under fitted dresses.
- Combined: many Muuah pieces blend lace and mesh for the best of both.
